Returns & Refunds Policy 

All sales are final. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, or color/placement preferences.

We stand behind our quality. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or is lost in transit, we’ll make it right.


If Your Item Is Defective or Damaged

Contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help quickly.

How to file a claim

  1. Email victoriacevallosluzuriaga@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days.

  2. Attach clear photos of:

    • The defect or damage (close-up and full garment)

    • The packing slip and the exterior shipping label

  3. Tell us whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.

Once approved, we’ll process a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Notes
• Minor variations in color or design placement can occur due to screen settings and print/embroidery tolerances; these are not considered defects.
• Items that are worn, washed, altered, or missing original tags/packaging are not eligible.


If Your Package Is Lost in Transit

  • If the carrier confirms a loss or tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we’ll replace or refund your order.

  • Orders with an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible.

  • If tracking shows Delivered but the package is missing, please check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier; porch theft isn’t covered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin production quickly. If you need to cancel or edit an order, email us as soon as possible. If production has started, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.


Refund Timing (when approved)

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.


Returns Not Accepted

  • Made-to-order / personalized items (all print-on-demand products)

  • Gift cards and digital products

  • “Final Sale” or clearance items
