Shipping Policy

We make your items to order and ship them with care. Below you’ll find clear timelines and what to expect at every step.

Processing Time

  • 2–5 business days to hand-craft and quality-check your order before it ships.

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Total estimated delivery window: 7–12 business days (processing 2–5 days + transit 5–7 days).

Shipping Time (U.S.)

  • Standard delivery within the U.S.: 5–7 business days after your order leaves our facility.

  • Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—watch for the banner at the top of the site.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order departs.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Split Shipments

To get your items to you faster, multi-item orders may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers at no extra cost.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to reroute packages once in transit. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur reshipment fees.

Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged/defective or appears lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at victoriacevallosluzuriaga@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll make it right per our Returns & Refunds Policy.

International Shipping

At this time, delivery timelines and rates outside the U.S. may vary. Any customs, duties, or taxes assessed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

Holiday & Peak Season

During high-volume periods (e.g., November–December), processing and transit may require additional time. Ordering early is recommended.
